Hello.

My name is Greg Payette and I'm the publisher of HowtoStartup.com.

Since 2001 I've been self employed, have had a handful of different businesses and would like to think I'll settle down and stick with one business for the rest of my life.

But I don't know if that'll happen.

See, I'm a true entrepreneur. I like to take risks, I enjoy change and without the challenge of raising a family without someone else writing my checks, I would be very, very bored.

So here's a bit about my philosphy.

You have to do what you want to do and make it work. If things aren't going as you wish, then change something.

Starting a business is no different than anything else in life.

It takes dedication, hard work and will not turn out the way you want it to if you're lazy and "expect" it just to work out.

Find the right business for you and your personality is key...in addition to starting one that's going to pay the bills.

This site has a lot of motivation and plenty of free articles to help you find a business, start a business and market your new business (which is just about more important than anything else you'll do.)
